Piriformis Syndrome and Sciatica Pain Relief
Many of my students suffer from piriformis syndrome and or sciatic nerve pain. This is a standing maneuver that, for many people, can bring instant relief that can last for hours. If performed regularly, it can help alleviate the pain. I hope that this works for you too!
Thanks for your comment Elizabeth! I honestly do not know how this magic works, but everyone I show it to looks at me in amazement and asks the same. The technique was shown to me by a personal trainer/energy worker that specializes in healing techniques for soft tissue. He said to only do it on the side that hurts. Tai Chi practice is great for strengthening and balancing. I began my practice to help me manage chronic pain and was totally hooked immediately!
What magic is this? Thank you!
Can you explain how it works inside?
Old former dancer wondering what needs strengthening to rebalance; is it one side stronger than other? Or overuse?
Steve, I am so glad that this helped you find some relief. I have shown it to my students with sciatica issues and they are really amazed. Thank you for your comment and yes, please pass forward the technique with others!
Alison, I am so glad that this helped you. When I was first shown this technique I was so impressed by how quickly it works. Thank you for your comment!
Tried it once this evening, and already feel better! Thank you for sharing this simple, effective move.
This works…did this every day and it really helped. Now passing it on to others.
