Saturday Mornings Tai Chi Open Practice

Open practice on solo form, Sensing-hands, and Tai Chi sword.
Tai Chi students are all encouraged to attend.
We meet all year round; rain or shine; hot or cold.

Free T’ai Chi Beginners’ Practice
Every Saturday morning in McLean, Virginia.
All are welcome.
(You do not have to be enrolled in our regular classes to attend.)
We will mostly be doing the beginners’ set
of Prof. Cheng Man-ch’ing’s Yang style short form.
