Tai Chi Classes — Improve Flexibility and Balance With Customized Training Just for You

I offer private training in my space in Herndon near the intersection of Fairfax County Parkway and Elden Street. My fee for one-on-one private training is $85 per hour with a one-hour minimum.

These private sessions may include Taiji, Qigong, Reiki and or Yoga instruction and experience. We will customize a plan around your desires and what you are seeking to accomplish. It’s all about you!! 😉

Tai Chi is Highly Recommended
