About the form:
Taiji Shen Gong is a system of Qigong composed of three sections; Heaven, Earth, and Humanity and has a special flavor and rhythm. A very rich and expansive form, movements are sometimes fast and sometimes slow. This form can be practiced to be as gentle or as physically demanding as you desire. This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience.
Taiji Shen Gong is considered to be an original form of Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) developed about 700 years ago in the Yuan dynasty. This original Tai Chi is not a martial art but pure Qigong to improve health and longevity. It is a perfect complement to any Tai Chi or mind-body practice.
